With more than 25 years of international hospitality experience, Josef Murray has built a career defined by excellence, precision, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.

Beginning his career in New Zealand, Josef went on to refine his expertise across London, Hong Kong, and Australia, collaborating with some of the most distinguished chefs and hotel groups in the world.

During five years with Michelin-starred British chef Jason Atherton, founder of The Social Company, Josef played an integral role in the opening of 24 global venues and concepts across London, Greece, Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and New York. This period honed their mastery of project delivery, concept development, and operational excellence.

Following this, Josef spent six years with the JKLP Group, contributing to the success and expansion of Jackalope Hotels and Black Star Pastry through strategic leadership.
